I have done over 100 Quest conversions and I have a great eye for detail and take great pride in my work, and I will work with you to make the Quest version as close to the PC version as I can make it!
I will balance texture compression/optimization with decimation before deciding to delete anything, and I am good at not having to delete any items/toggles off of many models to make it fit within the Quest file size limit (depending on polygon count--for very high-poly models there is simply no way around deleting some things).
I have extensive troubleshooting skills as well since I have have been doing this for a while, and have found solutions along the way for so many of the things that can go wrong when converting an avatar for Quest, such as partially invisible assets (I will fix the normals issues for you) and issues with PC-Quest toggle syncing (I do thorough PC-Quest syncing tests and fix any issues that arise before sending a final package). Furthermore, I provide technical support for all of my conversions, and I am always more than happy to quickly fix my work in the case that unexpected errors arise!
My bread-and-butter and favorite part of converting is material work, and I take great care with it. I prioritize appearance and prettiness for my conversions, and I often spend hours in Photoshop editing textures to better color match to the PC version, and creating/using matcaps as needed to match the original PC version as well!
I am also experienced with narrowing down physbone transforms in order to keep as many actual physbones as possible on the avatar, and I will create and edit colliders and/or tweak physbone settings as needed in order to make the Quest physbones look good.
Many Quest versions of VRC avatars do not include too many color or texture sliders. If your avatar has ones that do not work for Quest because of the way they were made (such as by using Poi decals for skintones), and you want those included, I will create the custom textures, materials, animations, and/or toggles for those myself, within certain limits.
If you're a creator, I promise you'll get a lot more sales from both Questies and PC users with Questie friends when you have amazing quality Quest versions! Word of mouth is a powerful thing (and I've already experienced a lot of new people wanting to buy an avatar after I was commissioned to rework the Quest version), and I genuinely love helping people succeed! <3
